Expert Panelists Discuss ADHD At Community Education Event

We had the pleasure of hosting ADHD: Facts and Myths – a community education event – on April 26 at the Upper School. The presentation was moderated by Dr. Kelly M. Christian, Director of the Ethan D. Schafer Center at Lawrence School, and featured clinical psychologist Dr. Cheryl Chase and child psychiatrist Dr. Stephen Grcevich.

Nearly 100 parents, professionals and community members attended the informative session that addressed many aspects of ADHD, including medication, behavior modification, recent research, and ways to determine what is best for each child. The expert panelists also took time to address audience questions.
