The 62,000 square foot Upper School campus opened in January of 2007, on 47 rolling acres of land in Sagamore Hills, Ohio in northern Summit County. The campus is within ten miles of the Lower School campus in Broadview Heights, and is easily accessible from I-77, I-271, Route 8 and the Ohio Turnpike. The Upper School building can accommodate up to 300 students and features a beautiful gymnasium, two science laboratory suites, an arts suite, theater, a weight room, library, and commons/classrooms areas (separated by grade levels). The entire building is wired for remote access and each student has a dedicated laptop recharging station.
The campus itself boasts incredible natural resources including an eight-acre lake, stream, open fields and wooded areas. This “living laboratory” space allows for weather observations, year-round study of the lake, rock/mineral collection, topography, orienteering, botany, and more. Also located on campus are a regulation-size soccer field and baseball field, as well as a cross country course.
