Why I love my job: I love advocating for students and helping interpret students’ learning needs to faculty, students, families, and outside community members. I enjoy working collaboratively to reflect on data and student growth.
Best part of the day: Whenever I get a chance to help someone better understand the needs of our students. Putting Lawrence’s mission into practice and being part of an educational community that meets students’ needs is incredibly rewarding.
An accomplishment I’m proud of: Completing my doctorate while juggling the demands of a young family and a career.
Spotted off-campus: Cooking and visiting with family and friends are some of my favorite things to do.
