Ms. Hannah Morgan
Upper School Teacher
B.S. Ohio University
Why I love my job: Students often find reading to be such a challenge due to their learning differences. My main goal as their teacher is to provide them with opportunities to experience success so that they leave my room with a love of reading.
Favorite subject to teach: My favorite part of my tenth grade English class is taking a classic novel like The Scarlet Letter and bringing it into the 21st century. I love how so many concepts are still culturally relevant, with topics that are important to discuss in order to enact social change.
An accomplishment I’m proud of: Creating the Lawrence varsity cheer program. Go Lions!
Spotted off-campus: I love reading suspenseful thrillers and am in a book club with a small group of close friends. Spending time outside in nature with my two-year-old daughter Millie is another favorite activity.
