Admission Process

We are delighted that you are considering
enrollment at Lawrence School.

Step 1:

Call our Office of Admission at 440.526.0717. Our Director of Enrollment Management will answer your questions, tell you more about our program, and help you determine if Lawrence School might be a good fit for your family.

Step 2:

Submit your educational, psychological, neurological, speech and language evaluations. This includes an ETR and IEP, if applicable (no more than three years old). The Office of Admission will review these records and provide feedback on next steps.

Step 3:

Parents are invited for a personal tour.

Step 4:

Complete a formal application, including:

  • Teacher feedback forms
  • Information request forms
  • A $100 non-refundable fee

Step 5:

Submit the student's most current report card and school records.

Schedule a student visit day(s). While your child experiences our classroom environment, teachers will evaluate their learning style and peer group connectivity.

Step 6:

The Admission Committee will review information from each step of the admission process to determine the student's possible acceptance to Lawrence.

Please note that each step has its own requirements before moving to the next. Once all information has been gathered, a decision will be made as to whether your child will be invited to visit.
