Tuition Assistance

Generous donations from individuals and foundations allow Lawrence School to provide a limited amount of Tuition Assistance to families with demonstrated need.

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to complete a financial aid application by December 31, for the following school year.

To help us objectively assess what a family is able to contribute toward education expenses, we use FACTS Management as a confidential third party for financial aid application processing. The FACTS analysis of a family's estimated contribution is a critical component of our financial aid decision.

However, the application is just a start. Our final award decision is made using the FACTS Management program figures as well as our own additional review; taking into consideration our total financial aid budget, our school's policies and procedures, and the needs of our entire applicant pool.

A committee reviews all information and determines award offers. This review and consideration is completely separate from the admission review and acceptance process. The Tuition Assistance Committee will not receive aid requests to review until a student has been accepted for enrollment at Lawrence School by the Office of Admission.
