Research Reports will be starting at the Lower School in a few weeks, and the process will be worked on during language classes. Help us Stop the Spread of Germs
As cold and flu season are upon us, we wanted to extend a reminder of the symptoms and circumstances of when to keep your child home from school. Please review these helpful guidelines so we can stop the spread of germs this season!
The Lower School will allow students to wear any Lawrence School Hoodie on Mondays. This allows students to start out the week with something simple and easy to wear. If you have any questions or concerns about Hoodie Mondays, please contact Mr. Barnes.
Grade 6 Transitions
During the second semester of the school year, we begin to prepare our grade 6 students for the transition to grade 7 by implementing Middle School methods into our curriculum. These transitions include grading scales, discussion-based formats, continued use of Google Classroom, discipline policy and more. You will be receiving a detailed list via email. If you have any questions about these new methods or changes, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher.
The focus for Wellness Wednesdays for the month of March is "Growth and Development." Students will learn about their bodies and how they grow. They will learn how all bodies are different and grow and change at different rates. Parents of students in grades 5 and 6, look for more information about Growth and Development to be sent home!
Our Lawrence School spirit wear has gotten a re-vamp this year! We now offer an assortment of Lawrence "swag" which includes bedazzled/glitter spirit wear. With the Winter Tailgate around the corner, this new glitz and glam spirit wear would be the perfect outfit choice to cheer on our Lions, and a portion of each sale benefits our school!
