Why I love my job: Seeing the kids’ excitement for learning and making friends every day always makes me smile. I love getting to witness an "ah-ha" moment in a student when they learn something new.
What drew me to Lawrence: I came to Lawrence shortly after graduating college and quickly discovered that this was a place where they truly cared about students learning. It didn’t take long to decide Lawrence was a place I wanted to stay.
Spotted off-campus: Hiking and critter catching with my family are my favorite activities. You can also find me in my kitchen baking.
Something others don't know about me: I used to sell pies at local farmers’ markets in Lake County. I hope to be able to do this again sometime soon!
