Why I chose my profession: I grew up helping to teach my younger cousins, and I have always enjoyed seeing others learn and being part of that process. I love making an impact in the lives of my students.
Favorite part of my day: Being able to see a kid who has struggled with a problem reach the point where they are able to understand.
Favorite subject to teach: The precalculus curriculum—because it provides a wide array of topics for students to learn, explore and understand different aspects of mathematics.
Spotted off-campus: I enjoy running, playing softball, swimming, and kayaking with my wife.
