Meetings will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9 between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. In-person and virtual options are available.
All teachers will be meeting with parents in their individual classrooms throughout the day. Further, members of the Upper School campus leadership council will be available for questions and conversation during conference hours as well.
Please note that teachers will be taking a 30-minute lunch break and a 30-minute dinner break at various times during the day and evening and will be unavailable to conference during these times. Teacher break schedules will be indicated on the scheduling document.
In order to schedule a conference, please use our online conference scheduler, PTCFast.com. When you log in to schedule your conferences, please have a copy of your child’s class schedule handy and make sure that you have determined ahead of time the teachers with whom you wish to schedule a conference. While you are welcome to meet with all of your child’s teachers, you are not required to do so. Please feel free to choose those teachers/classes that are of greatest interest or concern to you.
Note: Same-day appointments cannot be accommodated. If you cannot make conferences, please reach out to the teachers directly.
Time Limits
Conferences will be limited to 10 minutes per teacher, so that every parent wishing to see a teacher can be accommodated. Two minutes of travel time between conferences has been accounted for in the scheduling process.
Student Attendance
Fall conferences for students in grades 7 and 8 are designed for parents only. Students are welcome and encouraged to attend conferences with their parents in grades 9-12. Student attendance helps to ensure a home-school partnership and increases the likelihood of successful academic outcomes.
