December's Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success! Our young readers loved browsing the shelves, exploring new stories, and discovering the joy of books. We're thrilled to announce that we surpassed our goal of 350 books, selling a whopping 663 books!
To celebrate this success, our Student Council has voted on a special Book Fair-themed Spirit Week for the first week back from winter break.
Daily Themes:
- Monday, Jan. 6: No School
- Tuesday, Jan. 7: Mix It Up with a New Genre! Wear mismatched clothing.
- Wednesday, Jan. 8: Score with Reading! Dress in sports-related clothing.
- Thursday, Jan. 9: Get Crazy About Reading! Crazy hair or hats are encouraged!
- Friday, Jan. 10: Lawrence Spirit Day! Wear green and white.
We can't wait to see all the creative outfits!
