Upper School Club Registration

Third-quarter clubs begin Tuesday, January 6, and run through Friday, March 6. They follow the Upper School academic calendar. Please note: If school is closed (due to holidays, teacher in-service days, or inclement weather), club meetings are canceled.

Important Details:

  • Eligibility and Time: Activities are open to students in grades 7-12 and are held weekly from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
  • Transportation: Transportation to off-campus locations is included.
  • Pick-Up Policy: Please pick up students promptly at the end of meetings. Parents of students who remain more than 15 minutes past the end of a meeting will be charged a $25 late fee.

**Theater: The cast fee only applies to students who have auditioned and will appear on stage during the Winter Play (January 22-24) or Spring Musical (April 23-26). If you are interested in contributing behind the scenes with lighting, sound, set design, or more, please reach out to Mr. Herlein.
