Bradley S. Witzel, Ph.D., is the Adelaide Worth Daniels Distinguished Professor of Education at Western Carolina University. An award-winning teacher, Dr. Witzel worked in multiple settings, primarily teaching math and science to students with learning differences and difficulties. His work involves developing, testing, and measuring the impact of mathematics interventions. Dr. Witzel has authored 10 books and over 80 professional publications, focusing on the learning of children with intensive instruction needs. He served as an author/panelist on the Institute of Education Sciences RTI Math Practice Guide and is a recognized consultant on mathematics education, RTI, and MTSS.
