From fishing to entrepreneurship to student council, Lawrence offers a wide array of fun extracurriculars that encourage students to both try new things and make new friends!
Students travel to Lawrence from more than 90 Northeast Ohio communities, making after-school activities an essential part of our school’s social fabric. Clubs and extracurriculars provide opportunities to get involved, learn new things, expand interests, spend time with friends outside of the classroom, and have A LOT OF FUN!
Our offerings change yearly and are completely initiated and driven by our students! We invite suggestions based on popular interests and faculty, staff, and students work together to implement the meetings and activities. Middle and high schoolers participate in more than 30 extracurriculars, offered Tuesday–Friday after school.
The following list details some of our most popular offerings:
Colleges seek students who work hard in school—but they also value students who have a well-rounded life outside of academic pursuits. At Lawrence, our students develop leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills through clubs and extracurricular activities.
