Dr. Jane Timmons-Mitchell, Ph.D.

Jane Timmons-Mitchell, Ph.D. is a clinical child psychologist with 39 years’ experience and the Founder of Junction Psychological Services (2001). Dr. Timmons-Mitchell is also Associate Clinical Professor of Psychology, Department of Psychiatry, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and a Faculty Associate of the Schubert Center.

Areas in which she has made a contribution include helping families address ADD and ADHD, preventing suicide, bullying, gun violence, juvenile justice reform, and healing from trauma. A passionate child and family advocate, she writes a blog, Children Will Listen, for Psychology Today and gives media interviews for print, television, and radio outlets. Dr. Timmons-Mitchell received her bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Psychology from Wellesley College, and her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.

Stephen Mitchell

Stephen is a dynamic and accomplished mechanical engineer with a passion for innovation, a thirst for adventure, and a love for the arts. After graduating from Lawrence School in 2007, Stephen pursued his academic ambitions at Valparaiso University, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 2011. Armed with a solid foundation, he eagerly ventured into the professional world, carving a niche for himself as an engineer. With an illustrious career spanning various sectors, Stephen has demonstrated his versatility and ingenuity in designing cutting-edge solutions. Currently, Stephen thrives in the realm of research and development at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, specializing in autonomous driver assistance systems (ADAS) for commercial vehicles and military applications, where an unwavering dedication to enhancing safety and efficiency on the roads drives his work, positioning him as a leader in the ADAS field.
