Wednesdays: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4
A van will transport Ski & Snowboard Club members from Upper School to Boston Mills Brandywine Resort five consecutive Wednesdays. There will be an advisor with the students. Lawrence will be providing school vans as transportation to the ski resort. Students must ride the van to be considered part of Lawrence School's Ski & Snowboard Club. The staff is not responsible for students not registered.
Pick-up is at 7:30 p.m. at Brandywine. Parents can choose to sign their child out at 7:30 p.m. and then stay to supervise while their child enjoys the slopes until the resort closes at 8 p.m. All parents must sign out their child at 7:30 p.m. before leaving the premises.
Registration is due by Monday, December 8.
The $100 cost through Lawrence includes transportation and advisor supervision. If you already have a season pass and equipment and are not looking for lessons, you only need to register through Lawrence for the $100 payment.
If you are also looking to sign up for the Slope Days program that includes five lessons and lift tickets, you must pay the $100 payment through Lawrence as well as the $350 registration through BMBW. Click here to register your student with BMBW using the group code BWLUS5WED, and complete the following form.
All participants need warm outerwear, gloves, and a helmet. Goggles and waterproof pants are also recommended.
BMBW is completely cashless. Students who wish to purchase snacks and beverages from the cafeteria can use Apple Pay or purchase a gift card. Gift cards are available at the ticket window or over the phone during office hours. Epic pass holders can connect a credit card to their account for cafeteria purchases, however, this option is not available for other club participants.
