Ms. Julie DeArment
Upper School Administrative Assistant
What drew me to Lawrence: I've wanted to get back into a school for some time now. I worked for Bedford City Schools for 10 years doing the same job I am here. I applied to Lawrence to hopefully get some sort of a work-life balance and, in the process, I remembered how much I LOVE being in this environment; being in a place where kids come first and where teachers want to help, teach, and encourage each and every student to be who they are and do their best. I may not be a teacher, but my goal is to always be a person that the kids can trust and know that I have a nonjudgemental listening ear.
Spotted off-campus: I love spending time with my adult children and my grandchildren, family, and friends. I also like to read and listen to music.
An accomplishment I'm proud of: I am most proud of the three amazing humans I raised. They are all unique, smart, kind, funny, and hardworking.
