As a mother of a child with dyslexia who attended Lions Leap years ago, Courtney Williams experienced firsthand the power of meeting children where they are, the power of understanding and accepting their learning differences, and the power of Lawrence. She holds Masters Degrees in both Counseling Psychology and School Counseling and served as Lawrence’s Upper School Counselor for the 2023-24 school year. When the opportunity of Director of Enrollment Management arose, serving the families and students of Lawrence in this new way seemed a natural fit. In her free time, Courtney enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
